I once opined that I didn't believe it any safer for a woman to go to a men's dorm and there being no record of her having been there, but I was told that "safety wasn't the issue". Funny, that. Just thought I'd share my favorite college days comment on the parietals system, voiced during an intro to women's studies course, of course: "Not for nothing, but it's not like I can't get my business done before 12 on the weeknights and 2 on weekends." ohh, still getting used to the new site, ut a delight to get back to reading.
