I hear you on the skin - I'm practically see-thru. Might I recommend Shiseido Ultimate Sun Protection Cream SPF 55 PA+++. It's a little on the pricey side, but totally worth it. It feels like moisturizer and really does the job (not sure if your skin is as sensitive as mine but sunblock, even the stuff just for faces, usually stings me in the eye area).
