It’s been a pretty bad day. I woke up with a fever and both ears blocked. The only things I can really hear right now are my heartbeat and my breathing and it is somewhere between disturbing and disgusting. I had to cancel plans to go see Brideshead Revisited with tickets I won for free and I have no new books to read unless I get up and go to the library. Which will probably happen about the same time that I’ll engage in a snowball fight in hell.
Oh, and Heather has decided to take her show on the road and is winging her way back to NC today. So that stinks too.
But in the midst of such turmoil, Young Robert has provided some levity.
“Yup, that’s the Tin Man from Wizard of Oz posing for pictures. Only his outfit was made out of cardboard. And he appeared to be homeless. And I’m 99% sure he had no affiliation with the Broadway production of the same name.”
I hope you feel better Beth. I guess it’s that time of year where everyone starts getting ill. Get well soon!
Oh, feel better! And out of curiosity, why does Rob spend so much time in Times Square?
That picture cpatures one of the reasons why I miss New York City! Nothing like it in the whole world.
I think ROb should start a blog and just post pictures of people dressed up in NYC.
