Giving Thanks

Happy American Thanksgiving!  Today I’m thankful for (in no particular order):

 

1.  A husband I love, even if we aren’t together today.  He’s still with us in spirit.

2.  A family I love, even if J-Bird can’t be here.  She’s still with us in spirit.

3.  A job I love that lets me be where I want to be when I want to be there.

4.  My (ever-growing) medical team who are doing all that they can to help me out.

5. Friends, new and old.

6. The roof over my head.

7. The clothes on my back.

8. The food in the fridge.

9.  Brilliant blog readers who make me want to post every day.

10. SED’s willingness to make me a ham today so that I don’t have to eat turkey.

 

In this house the words “gobble gobble, bitches” were heard at approximately 2am so I guess the festivities have already started!
